How do I track my package?
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched from our studio with tracking information.
Can I return or exchange my item?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will happily accept it back within 30 days of your order purchase date.
Please note, all returned items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and unused.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Any full priced items returned within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a refund.
All other returns made within 30 days of purchase will have the option to exchange.
How do I return my item?

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty). Any additional duties and taxes assessed by International Customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend shipping your package back via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain your proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed. We are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels.
Please allow 3 days from the time we receive your order back at our studio for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
What size am I?
We work off Australian sizing for our garments.
For international conversions, please refer to our "Sizing Chart & EcoFabrics" section located on the left hand menu.

I am not familiar with hemp blend fabrics, how do I wash/care for my garment/s?
Our hemp/organic cotton garments wash and wear similar to a standard cotton tee (only way more comfortable!). Please refer to our detailed care labels inside each garment for instructions on washing, drying and ironing.

When will a style or size be restocked?
We don’t give assurance of when or if we are going to restock a particular size or stock. But we advise you to keep checking our website and social media for any updates.
